Welcome to Tekuwami — a data collection and compliance platform developed by Imperial ICT Solution PLC for institutions, agencies, and governments.

By accessing or using Tekuwami’s services, websites, portals, or mobile applications, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tekuwami, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use Tekuwami only for lawful purposes and in accordance with institutional agreements or licenses. Misuse of the platform for fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Licensing and Access

Access to Tekuwami is provided through institutional licenses. Each license:

• Is non-transferable
• Must be used only within the licensed institution
• May be suspended or revoked for violations

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Ensuring accuracy of submitted data
• Respecting data privacy and security protocols

5. Data Collection and Storage

Tekuwami collects geolocation, form data, timestamps, and user-submitted content. All data is stored securely in compliance with the privacy and data protection policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and services provided by Tekuwami are the property of Imperial ICT Solution PLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Tekuwami at our discretion for:

• Policy violations
• Non-payment of licensing fees
• Security threats or misuse

8. Limitation of Liability

Tekuwami is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to third-party breaches. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Operational interruptions
• Damages arising from misuse or unauthorized access

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Tekuwami after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia.
